QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT:
This is our Quality Control Department. We pull random samples
from our customer's orders in order to insure quality. We want our
customers to receive what they order. From the time we design your
custom beanie bear, until it is ready to leave our factory, we want
to make sure that the quality is maintained throughout the entire process.

This is our QC area. We inspect our
customers' orders before shipping. You can request
pre-production samples for approval. After
we finish production of your order, and
prior to shipping, we will send random
samples for your approval. After
receiving your approval by email, we will
ship your order to the Port of Los Angeles.
All sales quotes are FOB Los Angeles.
